S3 will start today (2013.07.10) tommorow (2013.07.11) at 12:00 UTC. It will run at regular speed and replace S5.
There are few changes in game parameters. Most of all we improved Nemesis chassis. Nemesis capacity got incresed to 500 and hull strength to 3100.
We're changing list of NPC armies. Some will be removed, many new will be added. Difficulty level of each NPC class will be adjusted.
