Medium and heavy defence turrets

So can increase the max lvl of defense turret to 9, however, the expansion of the old light level 4 turret will be replaced by a new medium turret and would 5lvl 2 medium and 1 light, and so on until one building on the battlefield would create three heavy defense turrets.

Proposes a change in injuries turrets, 35 ballistic, 35 energetic.

That's indeed one, and straight way how to add medium and heawy turrets.
Heawy turret should be able to deal with Spider Tank in one to one fight, maybe except that spider is really high-tech. The current, when any number of turrets can be ignored by single ST make them ridiculous.

so ... it's funny how useless is nine towers against the army of the size of 1200 cells and higher :'(

Indeed.
I know admins don't want them to be serious defence (this is not TurretHero, they say), but even if they can stop a 10k army it not a real problem, I think, that can be supported by single city easily in fact, and you always can use AB guns to open the farm for smaller looting partys.

Higher levels of course should be of considerable cost and build time, and/or there may be reserch needed or even specific techlab requirements to build those.

Explore research lab tech, NO! high construction costs, some research in the academy of sciences, some turrets should replace the mechs, with the difference that they are real estate and some (or much) economical (G.T.)

10k army of nine towers, heavy items that must either defeat or very seriously damaged, surely you have a neighbor closer than 10 fields and he has a similar amount of points that you get a little scared to send mechs :( :( :( (google translate)

Some new content will be added soon. We still didn't decide what will it be, but Heavy Defence Turret is one of the options.

It would look more or less like this:
Heavy Turrets would be totally inependent from Light Turrets - you can have both types or only Light or only Heavy.
It would work exctly the same as Light Turret - you just contruct a building and each level of the building gives you a turret.
It would require Tech Lab - you could build Heavy Turrets in a city that makes Nova, but not in a city that produces AB weapons.
Total firepower would allow to stop 4 or 5 ST (not necessarily kill 5 ST in every configurtion, but definately do some damage).
It wouldn't cost to much resources - it's a feature for players who don't have a large income.

I would have preferred options given by me but what he wrote is also Adamsky gut than what is now  :P :P
