Title: While we wait for new normal speed server!

Any chance of getting any of the features some of us have asked for? Such as more control over alliance markets or making "united or allied" mean something. Simple things such as closing off alliance markets to those you are at war with shouldn't be a hard project for admins to deal with! I know that the game admins have not been too active lately so; wishful thinking maybe but a few things to help keep an otherwise good game going would not be unwelcome!

A few changes in who can read what messages in alliance wouldn't hurt! Perhaps having alliance templates or behaviors so the members are all on same page?

A little bit of protection against players with much bigger armies? Some players honestly just don't have the time to put into the time it takes to have an "uber" army! Protection from should perhaps be against the army rating instead of the size of the cities?

Discussion welcome if anyone still logs in! Just don't flame the topic though! Put yourself in the average or causal player's point of view and try to come up with something helpful to help the game go forward please. It would mean some changes to how the game is played but would bring more people in!

Disagree..
Those who can not build big armies should, then, build more bunkers..simple as that.
Already protection 3xinfra points getting on my nerves...to apply that what you suggest will be too much for me..
And i am pretty sure that implement of your proposition will be the last nail in coffin of this game.

Thought that rule was for all servers..

If it will not happen in another two-three weeks I might start to worry would it ever happen.
Then, I personally dont worry anyway as not sure I ever play again...

@meat ath kinda defeats the purpose of the game, worse it destroys it totally and hand out the win to the biggest alliance.

it is hard enough to defeat a bigger enemy, even worse if 2 bigger ones are allied.
but it was critical that we also wiped also small bases to clear out a certain aerea to prepare for the endgame (yes it was all planned out from the first week on :)

also the only real useful attack is to raze a city, without very big armys this is close to impossible if your oponent pays a little attentiong.

shall i remind you at marines attemps of razing commanders citys, with 10-15 bomb runs for a small to mid city :))
(had to admit it was a little bis amusing)

there is no way you can win a war like this, specially not against a bigger alliance
but you need todo this against smaller players of his.

and honestly its mostly fault of those players.
building always next to each other, building clusters of citys and then wonder why you get attacked and cant defend.

if you have no time go far away, distance is the best defense.

if they change the game to the personal preference of every player nothing will be left and its unplayable.


let alone, if you do this those players cannot be allowed to attack bigger targets, otherwise it end up in raptor spam.
so those players play basically sim city (wrong game choice then) and to make things annoying they can easy build bases next to you, and steal all your important stuff.

well yea sounds like favourite husa strategy
